In this manual, the methodology developed by the CEE and used by the businesses of Minimisation Opportunities Environmental Diagnosis (MOED), is presented in a clear, straightforward manner.

The MOED is a smart diagnostic tool with a defined methodology and specific objectives, which provides businesses with a comprehensive document, to be used as a fundamental basis for strategic planning for the implementation of preventive pollution control measures.

The idea behind this study is to meet the challenges that many businesses come up against when they decide to incorporate environmental control management criteria into their general business management policy.

The manual for the Design and Application of a Good Housekeeping Practices Programme in Industry    details a way of presenting the environmentally inefficient practices, which are part of the everyday routine of some businesses, and establishes the most adequate training methods and resources needed to try to improve on or avoid such practices.
