Small Grant Programme

The initial funding was made available by the government of Norway under this Programme for the year 2009. Norway has given continuation to the programme by making the funding available for the year 2010 as well.

An announcement to call for proposals for the year 2010 has already been made by the Secretariat. Interested Centres are invited to submit their project proposals in the template given below to the Secretariat before 31st July 2010.

The best two proposals will be selected from among those submitted by the regional centres and receivefunding for implementation.

The CP/RAC will submit three proposals for the participation on the programme. The proposals will aim to assist eligible  Mediterranean Parties in the implementation of the Convention. The topic of the three projects are the following:

- Best Available Technique Electronic Training Tool

- Mediterranean Workshop on the management of medical waste

- Mediterranean Workshop on the management of used oils
