Greco Initiative - Green competitiveness

The main goal of the Regional Activity Centre for Cleaner Production (CP/RAC) of the United Nations Environment Programme is to promote mechanisms leading to sustainable patterns of production and consumption in the Mediterranean Region, focusing on cleaner production and pollution prevention.

In an effort to tackle the above, CP/RAC launched an innovative initiative under the name of GRECO that focuses on boosting green competitiveness in the Mediterranean Region, by enhancing the visibility of the financial opportunities generated by investing in the environment.
