Horizon 2020, CP/RAC and the Tunisian Ministry of Environment join forces to strengthen Corporate Social Responsibility in Tunisia

In the framework of the H2020 CB/MEP programme, a workshop focused on the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) was organised in Tunis, on 5-6 December 2012. It aimed at supporting the Tunisian Ministry of Environment to develop and implement a National Pact for Sustainable Development with companies, “locomotives” of the Tunisian economy.

On 11 December 2012, in the premises of the PR Center in Podgorica, a Workshop was held on with a topic "Implementation of Sustainable Public Procurement in Mediterranean Countries". The Workshop was organized by the Regional Centre for Cleaner Production (CP/RAC) and EcoInstitut from Barcelona, Spain, and the Public Procurement Administration (PPA) of Montenegro.

On 31st January 2013 the Seminar on Ecodesign and Ecoinnovation will take place (lecture) at the Science Department of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. This Seminar will be complemented by two showrooms on 29 and 30 January 2013 at Materfad - Centre de Materials (FAD) and Zicla, respectively.

CP/RAC is looking for 6 SCP/Green economy experts for the SWITCH-Med programme

In the framework of the recently launched Policy Component of the SWITCH-Med Programme, UNEP/MAP-CP/RAC is looking to form a Mediterranean SCP Independent Expert Group (MSEG). The 6 selected MSEG experts will have to support the integration of the SCP/Green Economy in the context of the Barcelona Convention (Mediterranean Action Plan).
