CP / RAC continues promoting eco-entrepeneurs

According to the objective of promoting green entrepreneurship to move towards a green economy in the Mediterranean region, CP/RAC wants to promote the winning projects of Incubaeco Madrid 2013: Reciclaje Incentivado Risa, Asturias Sostenible and Dive Me App.

CP/RAC organized the H2020 training "Developing a Green Economy in Jordan: focus on resource and energy efficiency"

In the framework of the H2020 project, it was organized in Amman, the training "Developing a green economy in Jordan: focus on resource and energy efficiency," from 28th to 30th April 2013. The activity aimed to raise awareness among all decision makers, government officials, entrepreneurs, banks and industry of the country on the unique opportunities related to a greener economy.

Bat sector reports available on BAT4MED website

The BAT sector reports, one of the main outputs of the BAT4MED project, are now available on the project website, section publications.

These studies, done for the textile and the dairy sectors in Morocco, Tunisia and Egypt, summarise the BAT4MED experience in trying to identify candidate BATs in the MPCs.

BAT4MED round of closing events around the Mediterranean

As the project is coming to an end, the BAT4MED team is undertaking a round of closing events in Eastern and Southern Mediterranean countries, in order to present national stakeholders with the project results.

First meeting of the SCP Experts Group to draft a SCP Road Map for the Mediterranean

On 8 and 9 April 2013, Barcelona hosted the first meeting of the group of experts on Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP) for the Mediterranean region, the Med SCP Expert Group (MSEG), under the SWITCH-Med project.
